A better base for styling form elements with Tailwind CSS.

Package Exports

  • @tailwindcss/custom-forms

This package does not declare an exports field, so the exports above have been automatically detected and optimized by JSPM instead. If any package subpath is missing, it is recommended to post an issue to the original package (@tailwindcss/custom-forms) to support the "exports" field. If that is not possible, create a JSPM override to customize the exports field for this package.

Tailwind CSS Custom Forms

Out of the box, selects, checkboxes, and radios look awful in Tailwind and the only way to make them look better is with custom CSS.

The goal of this project is to provide a better starting point for form elements that is still fairly unopinionated, and easy to customize by adding utilities instead of having to write complicated CSS rules.
