Package Exports
- html-webpack-include-assets-plugin
This package does not declare an exports field, so the exports above have been automatically detected and optimized by JSPM instead. If any package subpath is missing, it is recommended to post an issue to the original package (html-webpack-include-assets-plugin) to support the "exports" field. If that is not possible, create a JSPM override to customize the exports field for this package.

Include Assets extension for the HTML Webpack Plugin
Enhances html-webpack-plugin functionality by allowing you to specify js or css assets to be included.

Motivation
When using a plugin such as copy-webpack-plugin you may have assets output to your build directory that are not detected/output by the html-webpack-plugin.
This plugin plugins gives you the tools to fix that and also lets you inject the webpack publicPath or compilation hash into your assets paths if you so choose.
Installation
You must be running webpack on node 8.x or higher
Install the plugin with npm:

The available options are:

A value of

Assets that do not have a

Each
asset objectmay have the following properties:
path:string(required) - The asset path.type:string(optional) - For assets where the type is unknown, this can be set to either of:['css', 'js'].glob:stringandglobPath:string(must be together) - Lets you use a glob to insert multiple assets from theglobPath.attributes:object(optional) - The attributes to be injected into the html tags. Some attributes are filtered byhtml-webpack-plugin(especially for script tags). To work requires that you set thehtml-webpack-pluginoptions to:{ inject: true }.assetPath:string(optional) - property may be used to specify a source path to be added as an entry tohtml-webpack-plugin. This can be useful as it will trigger a recompilation after the assets have changed when usingwebpack-dev-serverorwebpack-dev-middlewarein development mode.publicPath:boolean|function(path:string, publicPath:string) => any:string(optional) - Controls whether the webpackpublicPathwill be injected into the asset path.truemean always.falsemeans never.functionmeans manual,undefinedmeans use global settings.hash:boolean|function(path:string, hash:string) => any:string(optional) - Controls whether the webpackcompilation hashwill be injected into the asset path.truemean always.falsemeans never.functionmeans manual,undefinedmeans use global settings.

Caveats
Some users have encountered issues with plugin ordering.
- It is advisable to always place any
HtmlWebpackPluginplugins before anyHtmlWebpackIncludeAssetsPluginplugins in your webpack config.
This plugin has only been tested with two instances in one webpack config, where one had option.append: false and the other had option.append: true.
- It is not recommended to use more than one instance of this plugin in one webpack config unless using the above configuration.
Changing HtmlWebpackPlugin.options.inject from its default value may cause issues.
- This plugin requires
HtmlWebpackPlugin.options.injectto betrue(it defaults to true if undefined) for attribute injection to work.

</body>Using the (lodash) template syntax like this for css and js files is necessary when you turn injection off.
But, the template syntax does not allow injection of more than one attribute value.
This means it will generate an index.html that looks like this:

</head>None of the link elements have any of the attributes we specified for the assets or links.
This is because HtmlWebpackPlugin.options.inject needs to be set to true for attributes injection to work.
