on-idle

This package does not declare an exports field, so the exports above have been automatically detected and optimized by JSPM instead. If any package subpath is missing, it is recommended to post an issue to the original package (on-idle) to support the "exports" field. If that is not possible, create a JSPM override to customize the exports field for this package.

Safely detect when the browser is idle. Does nothing when run in Node.

Usage

var onIdle = require('on-idle')
var html = require('bel')

var cancel = onIdle(function () {
  var el = html`<h1>browser is idle</h1>`
  document.body.appendChild(el)
})

if (somethingHappens) {
  cancel()
}

API

`onIdle(callback, options)`

Call a function when the browser has spare time. Calls it on the next frame if window.requestIdleCallback is not available. Does nothing in Node.
