VestMap delivers on-demand location intelligence for real estate professionals. Pull demographics, population, household income, median rent, home values, crime indexes, schools, employment, growth projections, and FEMA natural hazard risk; sourced from ESRI, AGS, FHFA HPI, FEMA NRI, and the US Census. Search 1000+ GIS fields at block, tract, ZIP, place, county, CBSA, or state level. Use it to generate offering memorandums, build demographic reports, run site selection, research neighborhoods, compare markets, or look up a single metric at any address with AI-powered analysis. Requires a VestMap account — sign up at app.vestmap.com/mcp.

Package Exports

  • vestmap-mcp
  • vestmap-mcp/dist/index.js

This package does not declare an exports field, so the exports above have been automatically detected and optimized by JSPM instead. If any package subpath is missing, it is recommended to post an issue to the original package (vestmap-mcp) to support the "exports" field. If that is not possible, create a JSPM override to customize the exports field for this package.

vestmap-mcp

VestMap brings nationwide location intelligence to AI agents. Turn any US location into a complete picture of the people, economy, housing market, and risk profile around it. Pull demographics and population (age, race, gender, household composition), income and wealth, employment and unemployment rates, median contract rent, home values and FHFA House Price Index trends, AGS Crime Indexes and crime hotspots, school data, housing and population growth projections, neighborhood and lifestyle segments, and FEMA National Risk Index scores for flood, hurricane, wildfire, earthquake, tornado, and 14 other natural hazards.

Under the hood VestMap queries 1000+ ESRI, AGS, FHFA, FEMA, and US Census GIS fields at every geographic level: block, block group, census tract, ZIP, place, county subdivision, county, CBSA, congressional district, DMA, state, and national. Request a full address report, fetch a single section, or query any specific field at any coordinate — then layer on AI-powered analysis and comparison.

Use VestMap to generate offering memorandums (OMs), build demographic and market profiles, run site selection for retail or commercial real estate, research neighborhoods, underwrite investment properties, compare markets, screen portfolios, assess climate and natural hazard exposure, or answer any location-based question grounded in the latest authoritative datasets.
