Usage

Create a disposable object (Disposable or AsyncDisposable) from any object

using d = new Disposer(something, () => { ... })
await using d = new AsyncDisposer(something, async () => { ... })

This can be useful for waiting for multiple listeners, and remove all listeners when one of them is triggered
