Use this to create/update the Private DNS A record for a container instance on startup.

Container Instance Private DNS Zone Record Updater

Updates a your Private DNS Zone A record for a Container Instance. You can run this after your container has initialized, ideally in your server listener.

App registration permissions

Must have the Private DNS Zone Contributor role on Private DNS Zone in order to create/update the DNS A record. Must have read access to the Container Instance in order to read the IP address.
