    WakaTime for Claude Code

    WakaTime is an open source VS Code plugin for metrics, insights, and time tracking automatically generated from your programming activity.

    Installation

    1. npm install -g claude-code-wakatime

    2. Add your api key to ~/.wakatime.cfg:

      [settings] api_key = waka_123

    3. Use Claude Code and your AI coding activity will be displayed on your WakaTime dashboard

    Usage

    New: See the lines of code generated by AI on your dashboard!
