Package Exports
- cml-vue-loader
This package does not declare an exports field, so the exports above have been automatically detected and optimized by JSPM instead. If any package subpath is missing, it is recommended to post an issue to the original package (cml-vue-loader) to support the "exports" field. If that is not possible, create a JSPM override to customize the exports field for this package.

- 基于vue-loader@14.2.3改造
- css的插入顺序有bug，不采用cml-extract-css-webpack-plugin是
- injectStyle方法在Vue实例的beforeCreated阶段插入导致父组件先插入
- 再插入子组件，所有css也是子组件在后，子组件的优先级高
- 解决办法是在执行模块时就执行injectStyle，模块依赖的组件都是import，import优先执行，就会比本组件的injectStyle之前先执行
