Word Cloud Layout, updated for d3 v4.x

This is basically an updated version of the (d3-cloud)[https://github.com/jasondavies/d3-cloud] plugin , following the structure defined in https://bost.ocks.org/mike/d3-plugin/

Installation

npm install d3-v4-cloud

This module will be deleted as soon as https://github.com/jasondavies/d3-cloud/pull/109 is merged.
