A Karma plugin. Launcher for Chrome and Chrome Canary.

Package Exports

  • karma-chrome-launcher

This package does not declare an exports field, so the exports above have been automatically detected and optimized by JSPM instead. If any package subpath is missing, it is recommended to post an issue to the original package (karma-chrome-launcher) to support the "exports" field. If that is not possible, create a JSPM override to customize the exports field for this package.

karma-chrome-launcher

Launcher for Google Chrome and Google Chrome Canary.

Installation

The easiest way is to keep karma-chrome-launcher as a devDependency in your package.json.

{
  "devDependencies": {
    "karma": "~0.10",
    "karma-chrome-launcher": "~0.1"
  }
}

You can simple do it by:

npm install karma-chrome-launcher --save-dev

Configuration

// karma.conf.js
module.exports = function(config) {
  config.set({
    browsers: ['Chrome', 'Chrome_without_security'],

    // you can define custom flags
    customLaunchers: {
      Chrome_without_security: {
        base: 'Chrome',
        flags: ['--disable-web-security']
      }
    }
  });
};

You can pass list of browsers as a CLI argument too:

karma start --browsers Chrome,Chrome_without_security
